DescriptionLobby Hero is a play by Kenneth Lonergan about a young security guard, Jeff, who becomes entangled in a murder investigation with his boss, William and a veteran and rookie police officer, Bill and Dawn respectively. Set in a Manhattan apartment building lobby, the narrative explores themes of loyalty, integrity, and justice as the characters' secrets and personas are revealed. The play uses dark humor to examine the conflict between principles and emotions under pressure, questioning the nature of heroism and the gray areas of morality.
