Description	Set on a South Pacific island during World War II, South Pacific weaves together two stirring love stories — each challenged by the prejudices of its time. Ensign Nellie Forbush, an idealistic Navy nurse from Arkansas, falls for the charming French plantation owner Emile de Becque, while Lt. Joe Cable grapples with his feelings for the young Island woman Liat. The musical features timeless songs including "Some Enchanted Evening," "Younger Than Springtime," "Bali Ha'i," and "There Is Nothin' Like a Dame."
