Description
Based on the beloved movie, Mary Poppins is the quintessential family musical. The Banks Family is in turmoil as Mr. Banks runs the home like an army barracks and Mrs. Banks is overwhelmed in running the household and meeting her husband's expectations. Meanwhile their children, Jane and Michael run ramshod over the staff and run every Nanny out of the home until Mary Poppins mysteriously appears in response to an advertisement. Over the course of the show, Mary Poppins and a host of colorful character teach Jane and Michael how to behave properly, while also teaching the whole family how to have fun and enjoy being together as a family.
