NotesAll students will be invited to callbacks on Thursday, February 12th. Select students may be invited to a second round of callbacks on Sunday, February 15th, if needed, or be asked to submit something virutally. Callback prep material will be located in the drive link below, and may be updated/edited. InstructionsPlease come prepared to sing a song in a similar style of the show. If singing with an accompaniment track, we request you send all tracks ahead of time to PAASunrise@gmail.com ahead of time, or bring sheet music for the accompanist. Please prepare accordingly. Please come prepared with at least a 32 bar cut, however you may also prepare a full song. While you may use sheet music or lyrics, it is highly encouraged to be memorized for your audition.

Show InfoSet in Damon Runyon's New York City, Guys and Dolls JR. follows gambler, Nathan Detroit, as he tries to find the cash to set up the biggest crap game in town while the authorities breathe down his neck. Meanwhile, his girlfriend and nightclub performer, Adelaide, laments that they've been engaged for fourteen years without ever getting married. Nathan turns to fellow gambler, Sky Masterson, for the dough, but Sky ends up chasing the straight-laced missionary, Sarah Brown. Guys and Dolls JR. takes us from the heart of Times Square to the cafes of Havana, but everyone eventually ends up right where they belong.

JojoM14-18The Mayor's son, he is a Who that is always finding trouble. Bright, creative, and inadvertently mischievous. Possesses a wildly expansive imagination and finds solace in his friendship with Horton.
Horton The ElephantM14-18Our story's main character, he is a compassionate and gentle elephant. Commonly misunderstood because of his larger size. He is protective and loving of all creatures in the jungle.
Gertrude McfuzzF14-18Horton's one-feathered-tail bird neighbor. Gertrude is sweet and timid. Though kind and loyal, she is also self-conscious of her shortfalls.
Mayzie LabirdF14-18The most beautiful bird in all of the jungle. Oblivious to her self-centered ways, she relies on her talent of manipulation, and intoxicating beauty, to navigate her way through life.
The Sour KangarooF14-18The 'leader' of the jungle. She is loud, brassy, and stubbornly set in her ways. A caring mother, but unabashedly sassy and soulful.
