| Show Info | Based on Green Day's iconic album, American Idiot is a high-energy rock musical following three disillusioned friends—Johnny, Tunny, and Will—as they flee suburban numbness to find meaning in a post-9/11 world. The sung-through show navigates themes of rage, love, and addiction through punk rock anthems, with the friends navigating dysfunctional relationships, war, and apathy, ultimately striving to find their own paths. |
