InstructionsPlease prepare 32 bars of a musical theatre song in the style of the show. Please bring sheet music for the piano accompanist provided. You will be asked to read a short monologue with a light British accent.

Sibella HallwardF20-30She has real feelings for Monty, but loves money and status more. Flirty, sexy style, who is a strong mover.
Mezzo soprano
Phoebe D'YsquithF20-30Monty's virtuous cousin. Must have a sense of irony and humor, with a youthful innocence behind a sophistication.
Coloratura soprano
Miss ShingleF40-50Has served the D'Ysquith family for years. She tells Monty he is a D'Ysquith. Story teller. Cockney accent a plus. Will also appear in ensemble numbers.
Mezzo soprano
Ensemble-M/FPerformers play multiple characters and must have good movement and physicality. Some characters include: mourners, town guide, ancestral portraits, pub owner and wife, newsboys, guard, magistrate, and named characters.
All vocal ranges needed
