NotesPlease note: All actors will play multiple roles and tracks may differ from this list. Doubling may include roles of other genders. Please be aware the play includes extensive depiction of medical care, illness, violence, and death. Sex work is depicted. A simulated firearm may be utilized. We do suggest reading the piece before auditioning, feel free to reach out to us at auditions@eastlinetheatre.org for assistance obtaining a copy. The characters of Marina and Sasha engage in kissing and possible simulated sexual contact. The character of Kovtun may appear in a state of undress to simulate dressing. InstructionsAfter you fill out this form https://forms.gle/Y7UYt5CRT3WSx4jj7 we will be in touch with an appointment time and sides approximately a week before the audition dates. You do not need to prepare anything additional. A flat stipend of $200 will be provided for each performer.
Rehearsal DatesRehearsals will be held in Babylon (a short walk from the Babylon LIRR station), with tech rehearsals and performances held at the BACCA Center in Lindenhurst (a short walk from the Lindenhurst LIRR station). Currently scheduled tech rehearsals will be held dates between 12/9-12/19. Further rehearsals will be scheduled around cast conflicts.
